REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won't be able to offer you a refund.
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

If, within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, we have not initiated the service.

If the full payment for the service has been made, or if the application process via a third-party financial service provider has been successfully completed.
Please note that once we commence the service, charges will be incurred proportionally based on the progress made.
To initiate the refund process, we require proof of your purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
